This helps reduce the risk of skin cancer. It also means your skin does not wrinkle from the effects of the sun. So eating tomatoes can help your skin to stay young, even if you are out in the sun day in and day out.

And something in the colour of broccoli helps your body to fight off cancer. Broccoli is one of the best foods you can eat to keep your body’s immune system in balance. If you do not like broccoli, eat cauliflower, kohlrabi, cabbage or Brussels sprouts instead.
